GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES
Operates a wide variety of duplicating machines, including software activated machines, for the production of graphic arts materials; performs related duties as required.

COMPLEXITY OF DUTIES
Under general supervision, the duties require the exercise of judgment in the operation of a wide variety of duplicating machines, including software activated machines, for the production of graphic arts materials.

TYPICAL DUTIES
1.Operates a wide variety of duplicating machines, including software activated machines, for the production of graphic arts materials.
2.Operates related equipment, including copying machines, poster printing machines, sign etching machines and other equipment.
3.Maintains duplicating machines and related equipment.
4.Performs binding operations.
5.Collates, staples and folds duplicated material, using a folding machine as required.
6.Maintains records of production.
7.Monitors supplies and initiates orders when supply stocks become depleted.
8.Delegates tasks as required.

FULL PERFORMANCE KNOWLEDGES, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
1.Knowledge of the operation of a variety of duplicating machines, including software activated machines.
2.Ability to perform routine maintenance of duplicating machines and other related equipment.
3.Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
4.Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
5.Ability to delegate tasks.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Training and Experience
Graduation from high school or vocational school
and
One year of satisfactory experience operating software activated duplicating machines.
