GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES
Under direct supervision, performs routine manual tasks in and about a kitchen; performs related duties as required.

COMPLEXITY OF DUTIES
The duties performed are primarily of a manual and unskilled nature requiring physical endurance and a willingness to perform heavy work.

TYPICAL DUTIES
1.Cleans food carts, conveyors, stoves, sinks and other equipment.
2.Washes pots, pans, dishes and silverware.
3.Mops, sweeps and generally cleans dining and food service area.
4.Carries heavy equipment in kitchen and empties garbage cans.
5.Transports food and supplies from storage to kitchen area.

FULL PERFORMANCE KNOWLEDGES, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
1.Ability to follow instructions.
2.Ability to lift heavy weights
3.Willingness to perform routine manual work.
4.Sobriety.
5.Good physical condition.
