| * | 1. | Acts as liaison between residents and the Residency Program Director, Department Chair, and other key faculty. | |
| * | 2. | Coordinates residents' educational activities, conferences and attendance and administers other day-to-day activities of the residency training program. | |
| * | 3. | Assists in the development of recruitment strategy, schedules interviews pursuant to department policy, and screens applicants based on program guidelines. | |
| * | 4. | Monitors timely completion of faculty resident evaluations. | |
| * | 5. | Manages Electronic Residency Applications Service (ERAS) and National Resident Match Program(NRMP). | |
| * | 6. | Schedules resident rotation assignments, both on and off site. | |
| * | 7. | Assists residents in obtaining and maintaining visa documents. | |
8. | Conducts exit interviews with all residents. | ||

| Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university and One year of satisfactory experience in a physician residency program at an office management or administrative level. |
