1. | Considerable knowledge of the methods, materials, and techniques used in sign painting, construction, installation and maintenance. |
2. | Considerable knowledge of New York State Manual of Uniform Traffic Controls and Devices relating to sign construction. |
3. | Considerable skill in the care and use of tools, paints and equipment used in sign painting and construction work. |
4. | Ability to supervise, inspect and instruct subordinates in skilled sign painting and construction methods and techniques. |
5. | Ability to assist in the estimation of tool and equipment needs and to keep records and prepare reports. |
