| 1. | Coordinates the planning, designing, and building of exhibits involving the use of paintings, photographs, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing devices including moving parts and lighting effects and dioramas. |
| 2. | Assists the Museum Director in determining the extent of the museum exhibition program, including time scheduling and coordination of exhibit themes and curatorial assistance. |
| 3. | Prepares exhibit contract specifications for new exhibits and exhibit facilities; maintains liaison with Department of Public Works and contractors for exhibition construction. |
| 4. | Directs and advises subordinate Exhibits Technicians in the construction of exhibits. |
| 5. | Supervises the audio-visual and publications program of County museums, including the designing, ordering, maintaining, and controlling of inventory. |
| 6. | Assists in determining budget for museum exhibition program. |
| 7. | Prepares reports and maintains records. |
