1. | Prepares and serves salads, eggs, toast, pancakes, coffee and other simple foods. |
2. | Participates in the preparation of trays and food carts. |
3. | Delivers food carts to proper locations. |
4. | Follows carefully instructions when preparing each tray or food cart. |
5. | Scrapes dishes and utensils when they are returned from dining areas. |
6. | Cleans work area, dining area and all related equipment. |
7. | Obtains food and supplies from distribution area. |
8. | Assists dietitians, food service supervisors and cooks as required. |

5. | Ability to learn and observe sanitary and safety regulations. |
6. | Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions. |
